Product availability depends on the daily bake. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is complete or up to date at all times.

3. Orders and purchases

In-shop purchases and pre-orders are subject to availability. Prices displayed online are indicative and may differ slightly at the counter. Pre-orders confirmed by email or phone form a contract once we accept them. Payment is due as agreed at confirmation or at pickup.

If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us before ordering. We handle allergens carefully but operate in a shared bakery environment where cross-contact may occur.

4. Atelier workshops

Workshop places are limited. Cancellation or rescheduling terms will be confirmed when you book. We may cancel a session for operational reasons and will offer a new date or a refund of fees paid for that session.

5. Intellectual property

Text, design, branding, and images on this website are owned by Broodhuis Elzen or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse site materials without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting unlawful or harmful content via forms, or scraping content for commercial purposes without permission.
